Front-load Transformer Wound Core Vacuum Annealing Furnace

Transformer wound core vacuum annealing furnace is mainly for annealing different kind of wound cores for transformers, instrument transformers, etc., to release inner stress and decrease iron loss.

This wound core vacumm annealing furnace is horizontal front-load type, equipped with motorized trolley.

Structue of the transformer wound core vacuum annealing furnace:

1) Inner-heating type body:

-- The shell is welded by 10mm steel plates, lined by shape steel, bottom is supported by channel steel;

-- There are 7 water-cooling pipe line outside of the body

-- On the back, there is one 11kW strong convection fan, fan blade diameter 500mm; fan blades and shaft are made by heat-resistant stainless steel; bearing is imported from Japan

-- Equipped with vacuuming device and nitrogen filling device

2) Door: welded by one whole steel plate, inside is thermal insulation; whole door side open; Sealed by silicon rubber seals and cooled by water; Equipped with supervising window.

3) Separate furnace lining:

-- Outside panel is 1.5mm thick stainless steel 310S, inside is 0.5mm thick stainless steel 310S. Between them it is insulated by high-aluminum ceramic fiber which is fixed by stainless steel fittings. There are ceramic fitness for hanging electric heating components.

-- There are three lines high-temperature resistant rails inside for trolley in/out.

-- Heating components is flat belt Cr20Ni80, insulated and fixed by high-frequency porcelain bushings; heating belts are evenly distributed inside, both walls & top/bottom;

-- Three temperature sensors for temperature controlling, front, middle and back.

4) Trolley: Motorized moves on the rail; loading frame is made by stainless steel.

5) Vacuum system:

-- Comprised of one ZX-70 rotary pump and one ZJY-150A roots pump

-- Equipped with differential-pressure electromagnetic valve, two lines vacuum measuring and controlling silicon tube, two lines electric contact vacuum meter, pressure-releasing valve and related pressure-keeping valves.

-- Use high-vacuum flapper valve as main absorbing valve

-- Equipped with 2 square meter pipe type condenser to reduce harm to vacuum pumps by high temperature.

6) Control panel:

-- PLC + PID control

-- PLC system: Normal industrial computer, Siemens mainboard, 80G hard disc, 512M EMS memory, 17” LCD

-- 8-section technological curve control numerical adjustor; PID control with PID parameter self-setting and over-temperature limiting.

-- Three unit temperature-control displaying, vacuity displaying

-- Non-paper grapher recording actual temperature in any area and all the history; 32M memory, USB interface
